Use case · Corporate Group
Run workplace clubs without the admin work
Members, schedules, notices, and attendance in one app — and the records stay even when organizers change.
Sound familiar?
- Tallying participants by hand every time
- Notices scattered across messengers and email
- Records lost when the organizer changes
How E:DA changes it
Approval-based or open invites
Join with a single invite link. Turn on approval to admit colleagues only.
Schedule · attendance · notices together
Create an event and reminders go out automatically; attendance is a single tap.
Per-group profiles
Use a different nickname and profile in each group, separate from your personal account.
Frequently asked questions
Do we sign in with company email?
You sign in with a Google or Apple account. Google Workspace accounts work with Google sign-in as-is.
Can the group be private?
Yes. Private groups don't appear in search or public profiles, and people can only join by invitation.
Can we invite people from outside the company?
Yes. Anyone with the invite link can join, and with approval turned on the organizers review requests first.
Is it free?
Yes. Creating a group and the core features — check-in, notices — are free to start.
