E:DA Community Guidelines
E:DA (Itda) (hereinafter the "Service") is operated by five:hours (hereinafter the "Company"). The Company has established and maintains the following guidelines to provide a community where every user can participate safely and enjoyably. By using the Service, you agree to follow these guidelines.
Respect Each Other
Our community brings together people from diverse backgrounds. Please communicate with consideration for others.
1. Child Safety Standards
The Company strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and related conduct on the Service, with zero tolerance. The following actions result in immediate and permanent account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities:
- Creating, uploading, or sharing any content that sexually depicts or implies minors (under 18)
- Distributing, selling, trading, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any attempt at sexual contact with or grooming of a minor
- Sexual coercion, extortion, or blackmail targeting minors
- Any other conduct that sexualizes or endangers minors
1.1 User Reporting Mechanism
Every user can immediately report suspected CSAE content or accounts through the in-app reporting feature.
- From posts, profiles, comments, or messages: Top-right "⋯" menu → Report
- When selecting a reason, choose the "Child Safety (CSAE)" category
- Reports are reviewed within 24 business hours; severe cases are handled immediately
1.2 CSAM Response Procedure
When CSAM is confirmed, the Company takes the following actions in sequence:
- Immediate removal — Content is removed and the responsible account is permanently suspended upon confirmation
- Evidence preservation — Data is securely retained for submission to law enforcement (IP, timestamps, content hashes, etc.)
- Authority reporting — Filed with the Korean National Police Agency Cyber Investigation Unit (https://ecrm.police.go.kr) and the Korea Communications Standards Commission
- International cooperation — When appropriate, additionally reported to the NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) CyberTipline

1.4 Legal and Regulatory Compliance
The Company complies with the following laws and regulations in operating this Service, and continuously monitors all applicable child-safety laws and regulations:
- Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles from Sexual Abuse (Republic of Korea)
- Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection
- Personal Information Protection Act
- Google Play Developer Program Policies — Child Safety Standards
- Apple App Store Review Guidelines — 1.3 Kids Category / Safety
2. Other Prohibited Behavior
The following activities are also strictly prohibited on the Service:
- Spam, advertising, or irrelevant promotional content
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
- Pornographic or sexual content
- Violent or threatening content
- Misinformation or fraudulent activities
3. Reporting & Appeals
If you find content that violates our guidelines, report it from the content's menu. The five:hours E:DA team will review and take appropriate action, including reporting illegal content to law enforcement. If you disagree with a content removal or sanction, you can submit an appeal from your notifications.
4. Review and Updates
These guidelines are reviewed at least once a year and are updated immediately upon legal changes, service changes, or incidents.
