How to delete your account / 계정 삭제 방법
Option 1 — In-app (권장)
- Open the E:DA (잇다) app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
앱 내에서 프로필 → 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제 메뉴로 즉시 처리됩니다.
Option 2 — Email request
Send an email from your registered address to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We process requests within 7 business days.
What is deleted / 삭제되는 정보
- Profile information (name, profile picture, about-me, social links)
- Authentication identifiers (email associated with Google/Apple Sign-In)
- User-generated content (posts, comments, photos, direct messages)
- Activity records (attendance, event registrations, pass usage, challenge progress)
- Group memberships
What is retained / 보관 정보
- Aggregated, anonymized statistics (e.g. group-level attendance counts) used for service operation. Such data does not identify an individual.
- Records required by law (transaction records, abuse-investigation logs) — retained only for the minimum period required by applicable Korean law and then permanently deleted.
Retention period / 보관 기간
Personal data is deleted from active systems immediately upon request. Encrypted backups containing your data are rotated and fully purged within 30 days. Legally required records are kept only for the minimum statutory period and then deleted.
